Pendeford SDA Church Room Request Form
Pendeford SDA Church has the following rooms for hire.
Foyer - 9.2m x 5.7m
Training Room 1 - 5.5m x 5.3m
Training Room 2 - 5.5m x 4.4m
Training Room 3 - 5.5m x 3.1m
All room bookings include use of the downstairs kitchen only. There is a partition
between training rooms 1 and 2, which can be opened to create a larger space (5.5m x 9.7m).

Please note this form only accepts single date bookings. For multiple, consecutive dates, please submit multiple forms.
